Some may argue that Nicosia is not a European city; but my system is such that I had to put it on one continent or another.
According to Wikipedia, "Sources alternatively place Cyprus in Europe, or Western Asia and the Middle East." I decided to come down on the side or Europe.
It is part of the European Union, after all.
